The BIG CANOE® Community Golf Club is a private club for members and their guests only. The only way to become a member is to become a property owner. If an owner sells their property they must surrender their membership.
When you become a property owner there is one time initiation fee of $250 and you are entitled to use of all the amenities at The BIG CANOE® Community.
Since all the amenities, roads and security system are owned and operated by the Big Canoe Property Owners Association, which is governed by an elected Board of Directors, the fees are more than reasonable.
The Sconti Clubhouse has a nice restaurant overlooking the lake. At this time there are no minimum expenditure requirements at the restaurant/club.
