The Fruit of Prayer

I was rolling this uh back in my mind just a little bit when he's talking about the Fruit of the Spirit where Jesus said be fruitful and multiply. Well, one of the fruits that I thought about is being the fruit of prayer.

And the Bible says men ought to always pray and not faint. So prayer is talking about when we just concentrate on him when we meditate on him. When you meditate on God... most people when they hear the word meditation they think of somebody sitting in the back room with their eyes closed and their knees crossed.

That's not what it's talking about. Meditation is hearing the word of God or reading the word of God and you thanking God for the things that he has done in your life, the stability of your family, the the welfare of your house, the things that he has done, how you can wake up... you have the activity of your limbs. Those are the things that you begin to thank God for. It's just the little things like if you wake up one morning and something can't move and you're like God what is that, and then a few seconds later he release it and you like... oh, wow! Thank you

I'm thanking God for my family ,I'm in my right mind and I know you've heard it a thousand times probably from your parents or for some from other person but it's all about you. God wants to hear your voice and when he when you wake up in the morning he want to hear you say "Lord I love you" in prayer and that is one of the fruits of the spirit the fruit of prayer.

So this is my 120 seconds with God I love you
